When you choose to do work with us, we want you to be happy for years to come. For this reason, we offer warranties for our products. Below you will find detailed information on what/how long we cover.


Powder coated Finishes: 4 years against chipping, flaking, and blistering
Exclusions:
1) Damage due to abrasion (scratching) from jewelry, abrasive cleaners, ect.
2) Damage due to use of harmful cleaners or chemicals such as bleach, chlorine or, muriatic acid
3) Does not cover rusting or finish issues due to rusting (Steel or Iron furniture)
4) Natural fading and normal wear and tear is unavoidable and therefore not covered by the warranty
Vinyl Strapping: 3 years against rivets pulling out of holes, and 1 year against strap breakage
Exclusions:
1) Strap damage brought on by sun tan lotion, bleach, or other harmful chemicals
2) Natural fading and normal wear and tear is unavoidable and therefore not covered by the warranty
Slings: 1 year against tearing of fabric, seems, or slings pulling out in a commercial setting. 2 years in a residential setting.

Another beautiful set of Pompeii cast aluminum patio furniture that we restored for a customer in a condominium in Bay Colony here in Naples. This is a very high end set that would cost many times more to replace with something of similar quality than to refinish. Everything looks just like new on this customers patio without spending the incredibly large amount of money it would take to buy designer grade patio furniture again.

Here is another set of Meadowcroft furniture that we restored for a customer who lives on the beach in Naples. This furniture was her mothers. She wanted to have it restored both for sentimental reasons, and because it was still in great structural shape. The entire set was sandblasted, powder coated, and brand new custom cushions were made to fit everything perfectly.
