Another beautiful set of Pompeii cast aluminum patio furniture that we restored for a customer in a condominium in Bay Colony here in Naples. This is a very high end set that would cost many times more to replace with something of similar quality than to refinish. Everything looks just like new on this customers patio without spending the incredibly large amount of money it would take to buy designer grade patio furniture again.
Frame Color: Luna https://www.facebook.com/naplespatio/ Here is a set of metal outdoor furniture that we restored and made brand new custom cushions for in Naples. This furniture was in some really bad shape. Not only was it very old but it was located right on the back patio of a home on the beach. The salt air can really do a number on anything made of metal. We were able to strip it down to the bare aluminum, refinish everything with a very durable powder coat finish, and replace the old cushions with brand new ones made from Sunbrella fabric.
Frame: Tex. Black https://www.facebook.com/naplespatio/ Here is another set of Meadowcroft furniture that we restored for a customer who lives on the beach in Naples. This furniture was her mothers. She wanted to have it restored both for sentimental reasons, and because it was still in great structural shape. The entire set was sandblasted, powder coated, and brand new custom cushions were made to fit everything perfectly.
Frame Color: 230 Clover https://www.facebook.com/naplespatio/ This is another set of sling furniture that we restored for a customer here in Naples. The slings were tattered and torn and the old finish was fading and flaking off. Completely restored to look like new all by us in our factory here in Naples.
Frame Tex. Black https://www.facebook.com/naplespatio/ Here are a couple of sling chaise lounges that we restored for a customer in Stonebridge community here in Naples. The old torn slings were removed, the frames were sandblasted and powder coated, new slings were installed, and everything was delivered right back to the customer. A great way to update their patio for a fraction of the cost of replacing them with new.
Frame: Mocha Sling: Chinchilla https://www.facebook.com/naplespatio/ Here is a classic set of Meadowcroft out door furniture that we refinished for a customer in Bonita Springs, FL. This furniture was at least 30 years old, and was really showing its age. The structure of the furniture was all still great, but the finish was completely falling off, and the rubber seats were falling apart. As we usually do, we sandblasted the old finish off entirely, powder coated a new finish on, and made new seats to replace the old broken rubber ones.
Frame Color: 201 Sky White https://www.facebook.com/naplespatio/ Here are a couple of small pieces we powder coated for a customer here in Naples. This is one of my favorite powder coat finishes that we do called Silverado II. The pictures don’t do it justice. It gives a really cool modern look to whatever we use it on.
Frame Color: Silverado II https://www.facebook.com/naplespatio/ Here is a very nice set of cast aluminum patio furniture that we refinished for a customer in Shadow Wood community in Estero. A very large square table that fits 8 chairs. All sandblasted and powder coated to look just like new.
Frame Color: Speckled Pearl https://www.facebook.com/naplespatio/ This is some furniture that we did not do that I came across this week. It was refinished within the last 2 years by another company and the finish is already beginning to peel off. We could clearly see that the other company did not sandblast the old finish off before they powder coated.
This is why we always take the time to do the job right and completely sandblast the old finish off before prepping and applying a new finish. Your new finish is only as good as the prep work that is done underneath it. We have seen a lot of work from other companies where they have either did not sandblasted at all, or have “fast blasted” the old finish. This means they sand blasted the old finish just enough to rough it up, but not remove it. This will often result in a finish that looks good on delivery, but will always have adhesion issues in the very near future. This is why we are able to warranty all of our finishes that we do. Make sure if you are going to spend the money that you choose a company that will do the work right! https://www.facebook.com/naplespatio/ This was a very heavy iron bar cart that we refinished for a customer here in Naples. This is a really cool piece that would be extremely difficult to replace. Luckily the customer could have us sand blast all of the old rust and corrosion away, and put a brand new powder coat finish on to get the piece looking like new again.
